Prescott’s only locally owned and operated bank opened in February of 2003 after realizing the desire of numerous community members for a bank with local decision making, staffed with experienced bankers.
M.P. Brutinel, Chairman/CEO, whose banking roots date to 1961 in Prescott, gathered an able and experienced Board of Directors consisting of Bed Andre, Roger Conant, Bill Fain, John Turner and Paul Roberts to guide the bank.
Along with many of his past management team led by Dennis Wood, Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and Steve Burton, Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer, Brutinel has revived a nearly forgotten way of banking – a common sense philosophy, friendly, personalized service and a “can do” attitude.
Country Bank is a full service, technologically up-to-date bank, offering commercial, consumer and residential mortgage lending along with a wide variety of services and deposit accounts.
Our main office building one block north of the courthouse square downtown, was constructed in 1933 and has been home to car dealerships, appliance showrooms and a newspaper. Renovated in 2003, it proudly continues its life as the heart of a successful, growing and very personal community bank.
The Gail Gardner Way Office in the Village at the Boulders offers north side businesses and families convenient access to the same array of banking services along with drive-through teller windows.
The Prescott Valley office, opened in September of 2006, is located on Glassford Hill Road, in the front of the Fry’s shopping center.
