Pinwheels to Celebrate Prevent Child Abuse Month
Featured

02 April 2016

If you’re in Prescott Valley, you might be surprised to see a field of pinwheels spinning around.

April is National Child Abuse Prevention month. In recognition of that, there are more than 3000 pinwheels “planted” at the Prescott Valley Civic Center right now. Claire Louge explains why:

According to Louge, the pinwheels will remain “planted” until Saturday, April 9. She encourages the whole family to come out on that Saturday morning, perhaps have a picnic and take home a pinwheel.
