Yavapai Humane Society Joins Whiskers Barkery in Hosting a Low Cost Clinic to Keep Pets Healthy

PRESCOTT, AZ – Pet owners are invited to keep their dogs happy and healthy by joining the Yavapai Humane Society’s Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic at a Low Cost Pet Vaccination, Microchip and Heartworm Testing Clinic on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Whiskers Barkery, located at 225 West Gurley Street in Prescott.

Vaccinations available at the clinic include: a combination vaccination of  Distemper and Parvo for $12; Bordetella vaccination for $12; Canine Rattlesnake vaccination for $16; and Rabies vaccination for $12. Rabies vaccinations are required by state law for all dogs three months and older.

The clinic will also offer microchipping for $12 and Canine Heartworm Testing for $16.

To participate in the clinic, all dogs must be on appropriate leashes with adequate collars to receive a vaccination, test, or microchip. Cash and check payments are preferred for services, but the clinic will also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
