New Build offers Craft Beer and Local Wine on Tap

PRESCOTT, Ariz.— October 25, 2018 — Wildflower is hosting a grand opening celebration this Saturday, October 27th, in honor of their new stand-alone Prescott location.

From 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Saturday, guests can eat free with a donation to local charity partner, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona.   Suggested donation is $15 for adults and $5 for children.

This new location represents an inflection point for the nearly 22-year-old local brand’s evolution. The “Bread Company” moniker is being removed from the name and moving forward the company will simply go by Wildflower. The new Wildflower look draws inspiration from the rustic designs of Downtown Prescott mixed with a modern sensibility. The design team focused on creating vibrant environments that elevate the existing Wildflower brand to a new level, centered on the celebration of the social aspects of dining.

Louis Basile, founder and owner of Wildflower, says, “As a locally owned and operated Arizona business, we pride ourselves on giving our guests, who are also our neighbors, the very best experience from the moment they walk in the door. With this new build, we’re providing the same excellent quality food and legendary service in an elevated environment.” The new location will also serve craft beers and local wines on tap.

The new restaurants will boast a variety of materials including bands of bold colors, integrated graphics and signage, and fields of patterns, rather than adapting the building to conform to a prescribed ‘brand ethic’.  The new build is the very first standalone building the brand has in its portfolio. Drawing inspiration from recent trends in restaurant design, the team rigorously edited the aesthetic to ensure that it will provide an updated look while maintaining a timeless quality.

Wildflower continues to preserve the art of making fresh artisan bread that is baked daily at each restaurant. This commitment to making great bread is part of the brand’s heritage (or essence) has remained since the company’s inception in 1996.  Wildflower has expanded to 16 restaurants that offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, the focus remains on serving delicious fresh food and providing top-notch hospitality.

Wildflower serves a variety of wholesome menu options for any time of day — starting with breakfast specialties such as egg sandwiches, bowls, and griddle items like Cinnamon Brioche French Toast and Wildflower Signature Pancakes. At lunchtime, guests can enjoy gourmet sandwiches such as the Roasted Sweet Potato or Turkey Breast and Brie, Grilled and Hot Selections including Chicken Parmesan and Spicy Meatball, Salads from Turkey Waldorf to Classic Caesar and more. From 3:00 p.m. until close, hearty dinner options include pastas ranging from stellar Mac and Cheese to seasonal Butternut Squash Ravioli. Wildflower also offers bakery selections and specialty desserts, a complete kids’ menu, café style beverages, and custom-ordered whole cakes and pies.
